As a volunteer/work for ticket at Wallaby Creek Festival 2012,

1. Understand that my participation in volunteering activities, festival activities and additional 
activities at Home Rule Rainforest Lodge are at my own risk at all times.  I also understand 
that festival organisers cannot accept responsibility or liability for theft, loss or injury 
(including loss of life) on the festival site under any circumstances.
2. Have read the 'Guidelines for Workers/Volunteers' and understand that my participation is to 
be in accordance with these guidelines.
3. I agree to pay $5 (five dollars) for volunteers insurance and one years membership of 
	Cape York Folk Club Inc., producers of Wallaby Creek Festival.
